The Constantine – Ain Bey University Services Directorate (DOU) is organizing the Sixth Edition of the National University Festival “Cirta Show,” dedicated to the artist Djamel Dekkar. The festival will take place from December 10 to 13, 2025, and will offer training sessions, lectures, and an artistic competition.
