The El Oued University Services Directorate (DOU), in collaboration with the Cultural Spark Association for Young Creators, is organizing the 11th Edition of the National University Monodrama Festival (International Edition), under the slogan “The student’s voice… the pulse of international theatre.”
The festival will take place from April 15 to 19, 2026.
The registration deadline is April 1, 2026.
