The Batna University Services Directorate (DOU) is organizing the 10th Edition of the National University Short Film Festival, under the slogan “The tenth… shortening distances through the language of light.”
The festival will take place from April 29 to May 2, 2026.
The registration deadline is March 31, 2026.
