Salah Boubnider University – Constantine 3, in coordination with Frères Mentouri University – Constantine 1 and the Constantine – Ain El Bey University Services Directorate, is organizing the 2nd Edition of the National University Documentary Film Competition, commemorating the 65th Anniversary of the National Day of Emigration.
The competition will take place in two phases:
- Phase 1 – Remote: October 15 to November 15, 2026.
- Phase 2 – In-person: November 23 to 26, 2026.
The participation deadline is November 15, 2026.
