شاركت المدرسة العليا للإعلام الآلي بسيدي بلعباس ضمن  الوفد الجامعي الجزائري، في لقاء عمل مع إطارات من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، خُصص لعرض حصيلة الزيارة الدراسية إلى جامعة ستراسبورغ في إطار مشروع  IPTICAR

وتمحورت النقاشات حول القيادة القائمة على البيانات والتسيير القائم على النتائج في مجال تدويل الجامعة، إلى جانب بحث إمكانية اعتماد نظام معلومات لدعم اتخاذ القرار (SID) لتعزيز آليات القيادة والتسيير داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي، إضافة إلى مناقشة مشروع يتعلق بالتحول الرقمي في مجال تنقل الطلبة ( project SMILE) وتطوير آليات تيسير وإدارة مشاريع الحركية الجامعية

وتندرج هذه المشاركة في إطار تعزيز تبادل الخبرات والممارسات، ودعم التعاون وتطوير آليات حديثة للقيادة والتسيير الجامعي.

The Higher School of Computer Science of Sidi Bel Abbès (ESI-SBA), as part of the Algerian university delegation, participated in a working meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to present the outcomes of the study visit to the University of Strasbourg, held within the IPTICAR project.

The discussions focused on data-driven leadership and results-based management in university internationalisation, as well as the possibility of implementing a Decision Support Information System (SID) to strengthen university governance and decision-making processes.

The meeting also addressed the SMILE tool, as a digital solution supporting university cooperation and exchange, as well as a student mobility project aimed at developing digital mechanisms to facilitate and manage student mobility within higher education institutions.

This participation contributes to the exchange of expertise and practices and supports cooperation in developing modern digital solutions and approaches for university governance and management.
