تحت إشراف مدير المدرسة العليا للإعلام الآلي بسيدي بلعباس، الأستاذ بن سليمان سيدي محمد، نُظِّم اليوم الاثنين 22 سبتمبر 2025 حفل الافتتاح الرسمي للسنة الجامعية 2025-2026.

استُهل الحفل بكلمة ترحيبية ألقاها السيد المدير، أكد فيها التزام المؤسسة بتوفير تعليم نوعي يعزز تنمية الكفاءات وصقل المهارات، مبرزاً القيم الأساسية التي ترتكز عليها المدرسة في مجال التميز الأكاديمي والبحث العلمي. كما استعرض أهم الإنجازات التي حققتها المؤسسة في السنوات الأخيرة، وتطلعاتها للسنة الجامعية الجديدة.

وقد تخلل الحفل عرض شامل لمسارات التكوين والنظام الداخلي للمدرسة، قدّمه نائب المدير المكلف بالتعليم والتكوين المتواصل، الأستاذ عمر بن صابر جمال، حيث أوضح للطلبة الجدد أبرز الجوانب التنظيمية والتعليمية الواجب مراعاتها خلال مسيرتهم الجامعية.

كما شهدت الفعالية إلقاء محاضرة قيّمة عن بُعد من طرف معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، السيد كمال بداري، بعنوان: « دور التعليم العالي ومكانته في مسار التحول نحو اقتصاد صاعد ». وقد أبرز السيد الوزير الدور المحوري للجامعة الجزائرية في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني، مؤكداً على البعد الاستراتيجي للتعليم العالي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

وفي الختام، نتمنى لجميع طلبتنا الأعزاء موسماً جامعياً موفقاً مليئاً بالجد والاجتهاد والنجاح.

Under the auspices of the Director of the Higher School of Computer Science in Sidi Bel Abbès, Professor Ben Slimane Sidi Mohamed, the official opening ceremony of the 2025–2026 academic year was held on Monday, September 22, 2025.

The event began with a welcoming address by the Director, who reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to providing high-quality education that fosters competence development and skills enhancement. He highlighted the school’s core values in academic excellence and scientific research, as well as its recent achievements and aspirations for the new academic year.

The ceremony also included a comprehensive presentation of the school’s academic programs and internal regulations, delivered by the Deputy Director for Education and Continuing Training, Professor Ben Saber Djamel, who outlined for the new students the key academic and organizational guidelines essential to their university journey.

Furthermore, the event featured a distinguished online lecture delivered by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, entitled “The Role and Place of Higher Education in the Transition Towards an Emerging Economy.” In his address, the Minister emphasized the pivotal role of Algerian universities in supporting the national economy and underscored the strategic importance of higher education in advancing sustainable development.
