University of Constantine 3 – Salah Boubnider, in collaboration with University of Constantine 1 – Frères Mentouri and the Ain El Bey University Services Directorate, is organizing the first edition of the National University Documentary Film Competition, taking place from October 20 to November 27, 2025. The competition will consist of two phases: an online phase from November 18 to 19, 2025, and an in-person phase from November 24 to 27, 2025.
