The Ouargla University Services Directorate (DOU) is organizing the Second Edition of the National University Public Speaking and Eloquence Competition, under the slogan “The Art of Oratory: A Message and a Talent for Expression.” The competition will take place from November 1, 2025 to February 14, 2026, and will consist of two phases: an online elimination phase from November 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026, and a final in-person phase on February 14, 2026.
