Echahid Cheikh Larbi Tebessi University of Tebessa is organizing the seventh edition of the National Drawing and Fine Arts Competition, under the theme “The Future of Our Nation Is in Your Hands” and the slogan “Artists Who Shape Visions.” The competition will consist of two phases: an online phase from October 22 to December 11, 2025, and an in-person phase from April 15 to 16, 2026.
